Welcome Reception and Expo Opening

Wednesday 27 November 2019

6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Spend the evening connecting with colleagues and enjoy complimentary drinks and canapés as we celebrate the opening of the 2019 Congress and Expo.
Loved hearing from Stephen M. R. Covey and Mitch Anthony. I have left and started using some of the phrases they presented. They were very relevant to current industry issues.
The highlight was the networking opportunities. While everyone generally tends to have a product or service to sell there was a genuine atmosphere and intention among attendees to network and mingle with some great connections created and a lot of sharing of ideas that took place.
Being my first FPA conference…I was extremely impressed by how professionally run everything was and the content of the workshop sessions. I found the sessions extremely valuable and have a lot to take back into my business as a result.
Keynote speakers Michael Crossland and Alex Sheen really put things into perspective in relation to the challenges our industry faces and at a time when I was feeling quite stale after 20 years, increased scrutiny and massive changes, those sessions actually reignited motivation and passion for what I do. I'd been waiting awhile for that to happen!
Loved this Congress - best yet and probably best ever (for me). I can honestly say that every session I attended was AWESOME.
The Congress is a chance to get away from your business, and take some time out to see how you are travelling, what needs changing, and how you can improve. I love the inspirational speakers because they really encourage you to think about the important things in life, and making sure you are getting the balance right.
