Christine is the founder of People Focused, a HR consulting firm specialising in financial planning and related services.
A seasoned HR practitioner and qualified business coach, Christine is known for partnering with firms to help them attract and retain the right talent and create a great place to work.
She is particularly passionate about assisting leaders and managers interact better with their employees, and developing energised and engaged teams. She is a firm believer that setting clear expectations and providing ongoing feedback are fundamental to a practice’s growth and success.
Prior to establishing People Focused Christine worked as a senior HR leader with various mid-tier accounting firms, legal organisations and boutique financial planning practices.
Over a career spanning more than twenty years, Alex has developed a deep level of experience in growing and transforming businesses into profitable enterprises.
Before launching her own business, Alex held many senior leadership roles at organisations such as Citibank, IOOF and Bendigo Bank. In her most recent role on the group executive at Bendigo Bank, Alex was accountable for the performance of the retail and business banking division, including c3,570 staff, a network of over 500 branches and a loan book of $31 billion.
Throughout her career, Alex has applied her skills to business transformation and growth, using a combination of innovative and strategic thinking, people leadership and business acumen to consistently produce strong results for any business she works with.
Samantha says that her experience for over 13 years as a chartered accountant and financial planner brings well founded knowledge about investment matters, self managed super, retirement, aged care/estates and non-for profit portfolio advice. Samantha is proud to work as part of a truly independent investment advice team covering direct equities, managed funds, superannuation and risk management.
Samantha has a strong client-first philosophy and attracts a rapidly growing group of private clients. She is an active member of several professional groups – SMSF Association, Institute of Chartered Accountants and with the FPA’s South Australia Chapter Committee.
HPH Solutions is a self-licensed Financial Life Planning practice established in 2002. HPH’s purpose is to empower people to live healthier, happier and more prosperous lives, recognising that these three elements are inextricably linked to one another and to living a fulfilling life.
Rob holds a Certified Financial Planner designation, has a Bachelor’s degree of Science, a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning and is a Fellow of the Financial Planning Association of Australia and Financial Services Institute of Australia.

Tim has been in the finance advice industry for the past 28 years, specialising in financial planning and wealth management.
After building an advising business for Credit Unions, Tim spent ten years in Chief Executive roles at both Perpetual & WHK Group. He became an advising Principal of WHK Melbourne, allowing him to return to his first love: focusing on delivery of personal advice and support.
Tim has been recognised for driving change in business with a willingness to move ahead of the developing expectations of the financial advice profession. In 2017 and 2018, Tim was voted one of the 50 Most Influential Advisers in Australia.
